During this school year he has been working hard to make our school pond a fantastic place to visit and accessible for all. Throughout his work, Matthew has been very diligent, ensuring he has protected the environment and recycled many items.

Matthew was selected as one of six finalists. The judges came into school to have a look around the pond area and meet with Matthew. He was then required to present his work to the judges and Rotary Club at Whisby Nature Reserve in Lincoln. Matthew was amazing and we are so proud of him. He came runner up, won £150 for the project, is going to be featured in the Whisby Nature Reserve quarterly magazine and has been asked to return to the Reserve and shadow one of the workers. What a fantastic achievement.
