The Department for Education has advised schools that they should promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.

At Butterwick Primary School we meet these values through our collective worship, strong school ethos, activities beyond the classroom and our social, moral, spiritual and cultural curriculum.
